Replacement Policy
We inspect each order 3 times during the production and shipping
process, however, mistakes can happen.
In the unlikely event of an error with your order we
will promptly send a replacement upon completion of the following:
• You notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your
order.
• In some cases we may request that you return the item(s) in question back to us.
(We recommend using the U.S. Postal Service's
delivery confirmation option as proof of mailing.)
Upon receipt and confirmation of the error we will ship a
corrected replacement within 2 business days at no charge.
We will also reimburse you up to $5.00 to cover the shipping
expense if we request that you send the lettering back to us.
• We strive for 100% customer satisfaction but
we will not
replace names that are too large or too small unless the error
is our fault. If you are not sure what size your lettering
should be, please call us for assistance before placing
your order.
